- Become a Frederick County Manufacturers Roundtable Member (FCMR)
- Support Frederick County manufacturing with the “Made in Frederick” logo on your products and packaging
- Host a FCMR Lunch, Learn & Tour event
- Provide plant tours for educators, businesses, students
- Hire Interns
- Participate in Apprenticeship Programs
- Partner with Frederick Community College (Monroe Maker Space/Trainings)
- Participate in Frederick High School LYNX (Linking Youth to New Experiences)
- Become a mentor
- Volunteer in the community
