Plant Tour – NVR Building Products, Thurmont, MD

NVR BUILDING PRODUCTS PLANT TOUR

Tour guests of the NVR Manufacturing Plant in Thurmont, MD will have an opportunity to observe the fabrication of many of their offsite manufactured building components including wall panels, trusses, stairs, and railings.  They will also see the cross-docking and loading operations in multiple departments.  Employees are the center of what NVR does and you will see that first-hand.  Finally, expect to see examples of their Lean Journey including completed 5S projects, single piece flow practices, and employee engagement activities.
