The Quoting Administrator will assist the Supply Chain Manager with estimating and quoting in the production of both material and labor quotes of single and multi-level PCA and box-build assemblies.

Initiate quotes, upload BOMS (bill of materials), select suppliers, create bid sheets, retrieve quotes, enter responses, correct vendor errors, and add substitutes for AVL items used.
Maintain both manufacturer and supplier database insuring supplier line cards are valid and updated.
Extract data from outputs for proper entry into quote sheets.
Generate custom reports and use all commands associated with purchasing and quoting in the MRP software program to verify quoted information with actual/historical data.
Perform tasks to support the preparation and submittal of quotes including, but not limited to, structuring quotes to meet the quote cover sheet, uploading material into quoting application, submitting material for pricing, reviewing vendor responses to the RFQ, reviewing material pricing, and adjust and finalize the material costing.
Work with manufacturing engineers to conduct special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or effect cost reductions.
